Before founding LatAm Access, Nilson served as Head of Trading at Standard Chartered in New York, covering both U.S. and Latin American markets. He also held Managing Director roles at Barclays Capital and Bank of America in New York, where he led financial initiatives focused on Latin American clients. His background in Electronic Engineering, combined with a Business Management degree from Harvard University, reflects his strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence.
